Shipping Policy

How long does shipping take?

Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM CST. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out by that Friday or the following Monday. Ready to ship items are processed within 1-3 business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out by Wednesday. Please note: Raw hair orders take 5-10 business days to process. Once processed shipping takes about 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping is available.

 Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays.

We provide domestic shipping for a flat rate fee of $15. International shipping options are available. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.

If inaccurate or incomplete addresses information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.
Please note: All packages require a signature. 

Tracking Orders

How will I know when my order ships?

You will get an email with a shipping confirmation sent to the email provided during checkout. The email will include a tracking number so you can track your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS *PLEASE READ*

 All international shipments may get import duty fees when they go through your countries customs. We have no idea what the cost is and if you will be charged. We are not responsible for any import duty or fees your country charges. Please contact your local mail service to find out what percentage that may be. We do not issue refunds for international orders unless a mistake is made on our end. 

 ** HER EXOTIC HAIR is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments, PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your paypal account and on our website.  Once your order ships, HER EXOTIC HAIR is not responsible for lost packages or delays. Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was wrong will incur additional shipping charges and we will contact you via email.
