Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL we do not accept returns or exchanges of any products. All orders are non-refundable and ineligible for cancellation. Exchanges are not available unless the incorrect product was shipped. HER EXOTIC HAIR is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are DELIVERED & signed for. To protect our customers ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery. Lastly, orders can not be canceled or refunded due to unlikely delays in processing or shipping times.
